Life-Saving Skills with Jillian Diaz-Perera of GatorCPR

GatorCPR is a local small business, serving the Gainesville, Ocala, and surrounding areas since 2015. GatorCPR hosts a multitude of classes, from basic CPR to more advanced levels such as ACLS and PALS. We have an office in Gainesville (1029 NW 23RD Avenue) where you can come by to take in-person training classes. Outside of CPR, GatorCPR also offers a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Prep Course.  

Biography: Jillian Diaz-Perera

Your instructor for this class, Jillian Diaz-Perera, has been with GatorCPR for 4 years now, serving as the Director of Operations. In this class, she will cover basic CPR skills and knowledge, the use of an AED machine, and some first-aid skills such as relief of choking, bleeding, and more. You will get to practice performing compressions on a manikin, using an AED machine (it's a training machine, don't worry), and some of the first-aid skills.  

She recommends being prepared to take notes, as there's plenty of information for you to take in. She will also have a hand-out for you to take home with you.
