JIBRIL

Jibril has been an intern with How Bazar since April 2023. He is a current senior at Eastside high school, who loves history and global politics. Jibril is primarily focused on artist booking, event planning, as well as vendor communication & organizing.

LINDSEY

Lindsey has been an intern for How Bazar since August 2023. She is currently a sophomore at the University of Florida majoring in Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management with a focus in Event Management. Lindsey is primarily focused on budgeting, vendor communications and relationships, as well as event planning.

FAQ

Is there an age limit / cutoff?

Acceptance is more dependent upon skill level and experience rather than age. High school seniors and above are welcome to apply.

How long will the internship period last?

This is our spring internship. the initial period is about 2 months. After that, we'll meet and see if we would like to continue!

How many hours a week is an intern required to work?

There's no requirement per se. The starting tier for interns is 10hrs per week. We'll have more details for you in the initial meeting after application review.
