Hi everyone! My name is Zach and the skill I’ll be teaching is “How to Exercise”.
A little bit about myself…I'm currently a senior at UF majoring in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. I'm also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a soon to be Cross Country coach.
In my class, we'll spend the first half going over the basics of exercise, different training goals, and an introduction to programming. The second half of the class will be going over different movements and exercises you can do at home! The goal isn't for this class to be a workout but to teach you how to workout! So it won't be too strenuous but we'll be moving around a bit.
